- Responsible for soliciting new business and maintaining the existing customer base. This will include the various aspects of the meat and restaurant industries.
- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining proper service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for meeting with cancelled accounts.
- Schedule meetings with customers and set-up cold calls in your region.
- Position requires the ability to properly communicate orally and in written form with the varied personnel which could include management, office and accounting, plant and delivery and maintenance people.
- Communication with varied City and/or County inspectors involved in the regulating and enforcement of laws and regulations pertaining to the services provided by the company.
- 90 percent of the day will require being in the field visiting customers.
- Reports to the Division Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have experience in the restaurant industry.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving and criminal record.

Primary Duties:
· Execute and manage the day to day operations of the routing for the Grease Trap department. Training and supervising all Grease Trap drivers as well as assist in other departments as needed.
· Ensure that the dispatching, scheduling of drivers and the maintenance of all routes is performed on a regular and timely basis. Must have the ability to run a route in an emergency.
· Review of route sheets for verification of service provided on daily basis.
· Report and rectify any discrepancies noted on route sheets, weight tickets, etc and report these to the procurement manager.
· Conduct formal safety educational meetings with the employees.
· Communicate all mechanical issues with the mechanic supervisor.
· Do driver ride along inspections as needed.
· Monthly DOT fleet inspection for department.
· Review all routes sheets for revisions and changes to the customer account information on a daily basis.
· Monitor information from vehicle tracking devices and report findings daily.
· Resolve all customer service problems and follow up.

Baker Commodities is a Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 environment and is seeking an addition to its IT staff. This position will be primarily responsible of supporting existing installed applications and will entail application upgrades and report development in the Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Studio environment.
Good communication skills are essential as this individual will work directly with application users and department managers.
This person must be experienced in utilizing the following Microsoft products:
1) Microsoft Access as a query and reporting tool
2) Microsoft SQL Server 2005 stored procedure development
3) Microsoft SQL Server Reporting
Additional development experience in Microsoft ASP.net, Microsoft Visual Studio and MS SharePoint 2007 Server is desirable.
Baker Commodities applications include the EPICOR ERP Financials and ADP HR Enterprise V4. Experience with these applications will be considered a plus.
Must have a minimum of 2 years hands-on support experience.

Drain Service Technician
DUTIES
· The technician will be responsible for all diagnostic, location and repair of plumbing systems.
· Must assess all work, and submit profitable bids with procurement manager.
· Will be responsible for the cleanliness and proper operation of service van or truck sewer equipment.
· Technician will report daily the Drain Service Manager and turn in daily route sheets for billing.
· The technician may be on call 24 hours a day.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have minimum one year experience in drain cleaning technique.
- Must have minimum one year hydro jetting experience.
- Be able to operate and maintenance cable machines in a safe manner.
- Be able to interact with others in a professional and ethical manner while following the principals of good safety.
- Speak effectively, write clearly and follow directions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid California Drivers License.
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift at least fifty pounds and an exemplary driving record.
- Must be able to physically climb, crawl, navigate under, over roofs and confined Space areas.
